Signed by Dr. Sultan bin Hassan al-Minister of Labor at the Ministry Sunday morning, 23/11/2008, cooperation agreements with both the International Bank of Qatar and the British Bank and the Bank of Stnander Chartered Bank and Doha Insurance Company unit to emit all the local students annually to study inside and outside Qatar to obtain a college degree.
