In the agreement signed by Hamidi and Ameryopening of the Office of the Court First Instance 
 
 

HE Mr. Nasser Bin Abdullah Al-Hamidi, Minister of Social Affairs and Labour Minister, Acting, and His Excellency Mr. Massoud bin Mohammed Al Amiri, head of the Supreme Council for the Elimination of the Convention, Signed an agreement  whereby the opening of the Office of the Ministry of Labour in the Court of First Instance building  in West Bay and in order to provide necessary assistance to the workers who had a case in the court  or who wish to open case file  in court.
Following the signature ,His Excellency Mr. Nasser Bin Abdullah Al-Hamidi, Minister of Social Affairs and Labour Minister, Acting said that  The objective of this Convention is to help the workers to end their transactions in the courts as soon as possible, pointing out that the ministry will benefit from the existence of this office in the issue of guidance on conflicts or problems between workers ,employers and companies in order to alleviate the problems that may occur among them, which will benefit both parties, whether the worker or the employer.
H.E added that  the Office will help the workers in matters of the issues referred by the Department of Labor to the courts and introduce them to such places of meeting or some action such as the role Assistant for its staff in the courts, pointing out that the staff who will be present in the office will be of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Labour after the approval of President of the Supreme Judicial Council ,the office will be under the supervision of the Supreme Judicial Council, also the office will work to enlighten the workers who wish to make complaints through the court whether they may legally this or not, and what documents and data they need regarding this matter.
For his part, HE Mr. Masoud bin Mohammed Al Amiri, head of the Supreme Judicial Council said that labor law has given the ministry of labor issues special treats so that to be resolved the dispute before referral to the courts, workers belonging to different nationalities and different languages
​​
and have already difficulties in the courts in some cases, for example, writing a case or to find out sheets or in the follow-up sessions . There are legal things that may be simple, but it may make it difficult for them because they do not speak the language of the country.
He added that this initiative is an excellent initiative from  the Ministry of Labor to support and assist workers to follow up their cases and for example, to know what will happen for the  person who did not attend the meeting, these are simple question but may need a lawyer if were not for the knowledge of the laws, so I imagine that this office is a very excellent gesture on the part of the Ministry of Labour and an important step in guiding and educating workers and employers.
 
 
 The agreement provides  that the office which  will be established regard to receive  workers who have a case and guiding them to the procedures required by law and access to easier methods required for the addition to helping these workers access to documents to prove the rights of the alleged before the court.
As regard to the new office under the guidance plaintiffs them to the places of the meetings ,assist in the translation of documents of workers to the Arabic translation of an official recognized as well as advice as needed, including the owners of claims so as to provide them prolong litigation and cost as well as advise on ways and measures to implement the provisions.
Under the agreement signed between the two sides to set up a bilateral committee to discuss aspects of cooperation between the parties and consideration of measures to facilitate the workers' claims in litigation and to avoid the difficulties faced by these proceedings
