Recent survey revealed for the labor relations department  at the Ministry of Labour during the period from 6/9/2011 until 12/10/2011 the department  has completed 261,009 employment contract and the ratification of the 7621 recruitment  contract and 2976 amended the profession, 2661 ratified certificate of service on the sanctions list of 350 and 277 is a list of the organization of work .
The Department received 521 complaints resolved 302 complaints, while filed 151 complaints and 20 complaints under investigation and 48 complaints filed by the judiciary.
The Department of Labour Relations receive and consider complaints ,labor disputes and  responsible of the settlement of labor disputes amicably, and to transmit them to eliminate, if not possible, according to law. ratification of employment contracts, certificates and documents for the business, educating workers and employers to the provisions of labor legislation, and provide consultancy related to it
